You can work with Microsoft® Office files while in BIM 360.

To edit files, you must:
*.officeapps.live.com
must be allowed in the browser cookie list.There are differences in the capabilities available between browser and desktop applications. The following Microsoft® articles outline the differences:
Editing can be done as a single or group editing session.
Select a Word or PowerPoint file in Document Management.
Click Edit in Browser.
Sign in with your Microsoft® Office 365 credentials or sign up for an account.
Make the desired changes. The status bar at the top must state Saved to Autodesk BIM 360 before exiting a file or changes may be lost.
Select an Excel file in Document Management.
Click Edit Workbook.
Make the desired changes. The status bar at the top must state Saved before exiting a file or changes may be lost.
Click Return, to return to the viewer. Click the Saved to Autodesk BIM 360 drop-down menu.
Click BIM 360, to return to the BIM 360 Document Management home page.
A file has a while it is being edited. Other people with edit permissions can still edit the file.
The file is versioned after an editing session is closed. The version may take time to appear in BIM 360.
When multiple people are editing, the edit session remains open until everyone has exited.
Enter an editing session to see the editors that are keeping the session from ending.
If a file is in the process of versioning it can't be opened. When the version is complete the file can be opened again.
Excel files can be a maximum of 25 MB for online viewing and editing. Larger files can stored in BIM 360, but must be downloaded to view and edit.
