Reports

The Reports tab in the Insight module displays all reports generated in the past 30 days in:

You can also create, share, and schedule custom reports based on pre-defined templates.

The Recent and Saved tabs contain aggregated report data related to issues, checklists, documents, submittals, daily logs, and RFIs, allowing you to monitor and manage your project workflows at a high level.

Note: You must have access to Insight to view the Reports tab. The reports you can view are based on your access to project modules and the permissions associated with your role. For more information, see Visual Workflow: Get Started with Insight. Currently, only project administrators can create reports on the Reports tab.

Note: The Issue Summary Report for Document Management and Field Management is available in PDF and Excel formats. The Excel format is recommended for larger data sets.
