Learn how to view and navigate 2D documents and 3D models.
The Viewer toolbar provides tools based on the currently active view (3D only).
First Person: With the First Person tool, you can navigate through a model as if you are walking through it.
Section Analysis: The Section Analysis tool provides a single face to cut the model along the X, Y, or Z planes. Tap the icon to choose the type of sectioning you want to use:
Navigation tools give you an easy way to navigate yor way around the document or model.
Navigation Arrows: Tap the left/right arrows to navigate between the documents or models in the folder.
Recently Viewed: Tap to navigate to recently viewed documents or models.
Markup/Issue/RFI visibility: Tap to toggle the visibility of markups, issues, and RFIs on and off in the document or model.
Home: (3D only) Tap to return to the default home view.
Click to use the following options:
Markups/Issues/RFIs: Shows a list of the markups, issues or RFIs in the model. Tap Filter to refine the list by, for example, status, due date, or assignee.
Model Browser: (3D only) Tap to quickly find a specific area of a model and view its properties.
Levels: Shows a list of levels in the model. Tap the name of a level to quickly navigate to it in the model.
Use a combination of gestures to explore models in the viewer.
Zoom in. Spread.
Zoom out. Pinch.
Orbit the model. Drag with a single finger.
Look up or down. Walk and drag.
Select and zoom to an object. Double-tap.
Pan. Drag with two fingers.
Walk. Tap Walk and use the joystick to navigate.
