Insight delivers unified project-level data, analytics, and predictive insights to:

• Help get you up to speed with what's going on in a project.
• Assess trends and patterns in project data.
• Identify any gaps and problems.
• Use predictive risk data to improve project efficiency.

Insight displays specific project data in the following features:

• My Dashboard
• Risk
• Design
• Project Controls
• Quality
• Safety

You can manage Insight cards, including partner cards, within each feature to create a customized dashboard of the data that you require.

Access Insight

All project members can access Insight and Construction IQ.

1. Click the product picker.

2. Click Insight.

   

You will view the My Dashboard feature by default.

Insight Features

My Dashboard

The My Dashboard feature provides a space outside the curated dashboards like Risk, Design, Project Controls, Quality, and Safety, allowing you to create a customized view of your project analytics.

The default set of cards displayed in My Dashboard depends on specific products that you have access to and on whether the account has IQ. You can customize My Dashboard as needed using the Card Library. See Customize Dashboards and Cards for more information.

Risk

The Risk feature displays an overview of metrics related to the current high-risk issues in your project.

Your project risk data is aggregated into one view. This allows you to monitor quality and safety risk, and the number and type of high-risk issues such as water risk. You can also monitor the subcontractors with the highest daily risk.

Design

The Design feature displays an overview of metrics related to design review and model coordination processes.

The Design feature provides insights into trends and patterns around outstanding design and coordination issues and reviews, and which companies are responsible for resolving them. This can help to avoid costly RFIs and late-stage issue resolution which stem from design problems. Issues, markups, and reviews with the Design cards can be used to improve the design review process.

Project Controls

The Project Controls feature displays an overview of metrics related to the RFIs, and submittals associated with your project.

Your project data is aggregated into one view, allowing you to monitor and manage your project workflows at a high level.

Quality

The Quality feature displays an overview of metrics related to the quality of your project.

Your project quality data is aggregated into one view, allowing you to monitor issue status, activity, and root cause.

Safety

The Safety feature displays an overview of metrics related to the safety and risk of your project.

Your project safety and risk data are aggregated into one view. This allows you to monitor safety issue status, safety observations, safety risk, and the subcontractors with the highest daily safety risk.
