Purchasing from trial sites created before Jan 8 2024
Trial sites created AFTER JANUARY 8 2024 will be linked to subscriptions automatically. If your trial site was created BEFORE JANUARY 8 2024, follow these steps to link your site to your subscription.

Link your subscription to your trial site
Linking your trial site to your subscription only applies to trial sites that were created before January 8, 2024. For trial sites created prior to January 8, 2024, it's important that you link your site to your subscription to complete the purchase process. If your site does not get linked to your subscription, your site will be inaccessible after your 30 day trial period ends.
From your order confirmation via email or browser, select Access Account. This will direct you to your Autodesk account page (https://manage.autodesk.com/) Product and Services > All Product and Services with your Flow Production Tracking - Subscription. Select Access.
Then, you will notice that NO SITE FOUND is noted—this is normal at this stage. Select Create or link site.
Next, link your trial. In this step, a couple of things can happen:
If the seats are equal to or greater than the number of seats you purchased in your subscription, you will be able to select Link this trial and you will receive feedback that your Flow Production Tracking site is ready.
If the seats are not equal to or greater than the number of licenses seats purchased in your subscription, you will need to purchase more seats prior to linking your site. The number of seats must be equal to or greater than the number of active users (people) on your site, via the People page. You can choose to deactivate users on your site via the People page, or you can adjust the number of seats in your subscription.
To deactivate users on your site, head to your People page in the global navigation and change the status of a person or people to
Disabled.
To add users to your subscription, navigate to Billing and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts and select your Flow Production Tracking - Subscription.
Then, Add seats. Remember, you will need to add the number of seats that are reflected as the active users you have on your site, via the People page. If you plan to add more people to your site, you can add more at this stage.
Use the Add seats field to specify the number of seats you'd like to purchase.
Navigate back to your Autodesk account page (https://manage.autodesk.com/) Product and Services > All Product and Services with your Flow Production Tracking - Subscription. Select Access.
Select Create or link site and Link this trial and you will receive feedback that your Flow Production Tracking site is ready.
