About Spot Coordinates

Spot coordinates report the North/South and East/West coordinates of points in a project. In drawings, you can add spot coordinates on floors, walls, toposurfaces, and boundary lines.

You can also place spot coordinates on non-horizontal surfaces and non-planar edges.

You can display the elevation of the selected point and indicator text in addition to the coordinates. In this case, you can place the spot coordinate in the same locations where you can place a spot elevation.

Coordinates are reported with respect to the survey point or the project base point, depending on the value used for the Coordinate Origin type parameter of the spot coordinate family.
